The short version

This website tells you about our shops and lets you request an appointment. It is not where your repair is agreed. Prices, timelines, and the work itself are settled with the shop in writing, on an estimate and a work order. If something on this site conflicts with what your shop put in writing, the shop’s document wins.

1. Agreement to these terms

These terms govern your use of the Raydar Collision Group website at raydarcollisiongroup.ca. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

“We,” “us,” and “Raydar” mean Raydar Collision Group and its locations. “You” means the person using this website.

2. What this website is

This site is an information and appointment-request tool. You can use it to find a Raydar location, read about the services a shop offers, understand the insurance claim process, and ask for an appointment.

It is not a quote, an estimate, or a contract for repair. Nothing on this website creates a binding obligation to perform work at a particular price or on a particular date. Collision repair is quoted after a shop inspects the vehicle, and the terms of your repair are the ones set out in the estimate and work order you sign at the location.

3. Booking requests

The Book Now button opens a scheduling form operated by our booking provider, Progi. Submitting it sends a request to the shop you selected. It is not a confirmed appointment until the shop confirms it with you.

What you enter into that form goes directly to Progi and to your chosen shop; this website does not store it. Progi’s own terms and privacy policy apply to that form. See our Privacy Policy for detail.

Please give accurate information when you request an appointment. A shop may need to reschedule or decline a booking — for example if the vehicle or damage falls outside what that location handles.

4. Accuracy of information

We work to keep shop addresses, phone numbers, hours, services, and certifications current, and we update them as our locations tell us about changes. Even so, details change and errors happen. Hours in particular can vary on holidays and at short notice.

Please confirm anything you are relying on with the location directly before you drive there. Where this website and a shop disagree, the shop is correct.

5. Insurance and claim information

Our pages about insurance and the ICBC claim process are general explanations intended to help you understand how a claim typically works. They are not insurance advice, legal advice, or a statement of your coverage, and they are not made on behalf of any insurer.

Your entitlements are determined by your policy and your insurer. Naming an insurer on this site describes a working relationship with our shops; it does not mean that insurer endorses us, or that your particular claim will be handled a certain way. Confirm coverage questions with your insurer or broker.

6. Acceptable use

When using this website, please do not:

• submit false, misleading, or someone else’s information;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, its hosting, or any connected system;
• use automated tools to scrape, overload, or disrupt the site, or to send bulk booking requests;
• copy our content for a competing commercial purpose; or
• use the site for anything unlawful.

7. Content and trademarks

The text, photographs, layout, and design of this website belong to Raydar Collision Group or are used with permission, and are protected by copyright. You may view, share, and print pages for your own use in arranging a repair.

Manufacturer, certification, and insurer names and logos shown on this site are the trademarks of their respective owners and appear to identify the certifications our shops hold and the insurers they work with. Their appearance does not imply that those owners endorse this website.

8. Third-party services and links

This site includes services operated by others — the Progi booking form, Mapbox maps and directions, and Google reviews displayed through Elfsight — and links to outside websites such as insurer pages. We do not control those services or sites and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Their own terms apply when you use them.

9. Availability

We aim to keep this website available and working, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The site may be unavailable for maintenance, or because of a problem with a provider we rely on. Features that depend on a third party — maps, the booking form, the review panel — can be unavailable independently of the rest of the site. If the booking form will not load, please call the shop.

10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

This website and its content are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent the law allows.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Raydar Collision Group is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this website, from reliance on information published on it, or from a booking request that does not reach a shop.

Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility for the repair work our shops perform. That work is covered by the estimate, work order, and warranty you receive from the location, and by your rights under applicable consumer protection law, which these terms do not affect.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the website changes. When we do, we will change the “last updated” date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the laws of Canada that apply there, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. This does not remove any protection you have under the consumer protection law of the province where you live.
