Offered at our CARSTAR Mission (Raydar Autobody) location, paintless dent repair, also called paintless dent removal, or PDR, is a repair technique that removes vehicle dents without needing filler or paint. Ideal for small dents, door marks and hail damage, we are committed to using PDR because it preserves the integrity of a vehicle’s original factory finish; it’s much faster than the traditional method of filling, sanding, and painting; and it’s much more economical. Replacement Vehicles

As part of our goal to make your life a little bit easier after a collision or during any other autobody repairs, we can provide you with a replacement vehicle. Our complimentary replacement vehicles are yours for the duration of your repairs. Both our locations have our own fleet of courtesy cars on site, allowing you to drive a car right off the lot! Scratch Repair & Car Painting

All of our locations offer a full range of professional automotive painting services for paint jobs ranging from touch-ups and scratch repair to complete vehicle repainting. We use only high-quality eco-friendly paint products: Sikkens Autowave High-Performance undercoat, basecoat, and clearcoat products are the leading premium waterborne paint system in North America. We also use the latest in technology and techniques to ensure your paint job is perfect: our paint booths bake finishes at 135 degrees to produce a long lasting baked finish. Towing

After an accident, you may need to have your vehicle towed. It’s just one more hassle in an already stressful process. Which is why we offer to take this off your hands too! We will arrange to have your vehicle towed for you. Even better, we can have it towed right to our shops where we can perform any required ICBC assessments in-house. Just another step in our hassle-free collision repair process with our customer’s comfort top of mind.

Valet Service

All of our locations are designated ICBC c.a.r. shop VALET services, which means we can offer you full Valet Service – a unique and exclusive provision offered to only the most trusted autobody repair shops. We will pick you up, drop you off, and drive you around to wherever you need to be. We are also able to offer you alternate transportation in the shape of replacement vehicles while your vehicle is being repaired. If you need a replacement vehicle, just let us know in advance and we will have it ready and waiting for you at our shop.

Wheel Alignments

If you suspect that your wheels are out of alignment, bring your vehicle in for a quick and easy check. We us laser diagnostic equipment to make an accurate assessment. If your wheels are out of alignment, we will thoroughly inspect your vehicle and make the necessary adjustments to realign your wheels. If there is evidence that any of your wheels has sustained insurance claim related damage, the cost of the wheel alignment may be covered.

Wheel Repair

We have expertise in repairing aluminum wheels, from minor surface abrasion to more serious damage such as bent or cracked wheels. We are committed to consulting with only the best professionally trained and certified specialists who inspect damaged wheels for cracks and determine whether wheels can be safely repaired. Wheels that can be repaired, without compromising vehicle safety standards, can most often be restored to like-new condition.
